Fulfillment Policies

At Client Capture Consulting, we are committed to providing transparent information regarding our fulfillment policies, including refunds, service delivery, returns, and cancellations. Below are the details of our policies for mentoring, website creation, consulting services, and other digital products.

1. Refund Policy

We strive for the highest level of customer satisfaction. However, if you are not fully satisfied with our services, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • Digital products: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase, and refunds are only applicable if the product has not been downloaded or accessed.
  • 1-to-1 mentoring: Refunds are possible only if the mentoring program has not exceeded 20% of its duration. This applies to both 3-month and 6-month mentoring programs.
  • Website creation and consulting services: A refund can be requested only if less than 20% of the project has been completed. After significant progress is made, refunds will not be possible.

Refund requests can be submitted by contacting our support team at info@client-capture.io with proof of purchase and the reason for your request. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7 business days.

Non-refundable items:

  • Fully completed digital downloads.
  • Services that have been delivered in full, such as website creation and consulting projects that are near completion.
  • Custom mentoring sessions that have already taken place.

2. Service Delivery and Fulfillment Policy

At Client Capture Consulting, we offer a range of online services, including 1-to-1 mentoring, website creation, consulting, and digital products. Below are the specifics of how we deliver these services:

  • 1-to-1 mentoring: Mentoring programs last between 3 and 6 months. After purchasing, you will receive a confirmation email with scheduling details to book your sessions. Mentoring sessions are delivered via video conferencing or phone calls. A mentorship schedule will be created based on mutual availability.
  • Website creation: After placing an order for website creation services, we will start with an initial consultation to discuss your needs and timeline. Project milestones and delivery dates will be agreed upon before work begins.
  • Consulting services: For consulting services, sessions or deliverables will be scheduled and defined based on the scope of work discussed during the initial consultation. Consulting services are typically delivered remotely via video conferencing.

3. Return Policy and Process

As our services are digital and provided remotely, returns are not applicable to most of our offerings. However, we do provide the following options for cancellations or adjustments:

  • Digital products: Returns are not available after the product has been downloaded or accessed.
  • 1-to-1 mentoring: Cancellations can be made before the program reaches 20% of completion for a partial refund. After this point, the program cannot be canceled.
  • Website creation and consulting services: If you wish to cancel a project, you may request a cancellation and partial refund, depending on the percentage of work completed (up to 20%).

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription or scheduled services under the following conditions:

  • 1-to-1 mentoring: If you wish to cancel the mentoring program, you may do so before 20% of the program is completed for a partial refund. After this point, no cancellations are allowed.
  • Website creation and consulting: Cancellations must be made before significant work has been completed (less than 20% of the total project) to qualify for a partial refund. Otherwise, the full fee will be applicable.
  • Digital subscriptions: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which it will not renew.
